We collect information about you via email when you voluntarily provide a booking through the Booking system or when you submit information via the contact form https://www.bikegarage.co.uk/contact/ or via email

2. How and why do we use your personal data?
We collect information about you exclusively for the purposes of our business. Taking hire bookings, undertaking repairs and providing you with service. Information is taken to facilitate the service we are offering to you. When you give us your information when completing either “Bicycle Hire Agreement” or “Bike Garage Customer Details form”. These paper copyies are filed and stored securely. Information is held and deleted after two years. We will not share your information for marketing purposing with any other companies. Messages you send us via our contact form and Hire booking plugin will be stored on our third-party hosting provider’s server outside the European Economic Area in the United States of America. They are also forwarded to our email provider’s server in the UK.
